WHY TAKE SAMBA CLASSES?
Samba will help you to stay active, sweat it out and burn lots of calories. Samba is great for fitness and for your legs and bum!
IS SAMBA ONLY FOR WOMEN?
Whilst majority of our student for our Samba classes are women, men are invited to participate as well. This is a solo dance, so you’lll be dancing on your own
WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR?
For Samba classes we recommend to wear comfortable clothing and / or gym clothing as you will sweat. For showes, start with gym shoes, and eventually you will be using the high heels as the Sambistas do
