STUDIO HIRE AVAILABILITY

Our staffed hours of operation are from 2.00pm – 9.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Studio hire is available during and outside of staffed hours.

Peak hour rates apply from 6.00pm – 10.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Minimum studio hire time is 1 hour, with 30 mins increments.

Food or drinks are not allowed inside the studios during rehearsal space hire.

IMPORTANT:

ALL short term studio bookings for rehearsal space must be done via our online form below.
Please keep in mind the following:

    • Online bookings can be done up to 12 hours prior to your preferred time
    • All booking confirmations will be sent via email (you may need to check your Junk/Spam Email). Information on how to open/close the studio outside of staffed hours will provided in the email.
    • Minimum studio hire time is 1 hour, with 30 mins increments. You can book online up to 4 hours in a row. If you need to book for a longer period, please contact us directly.
    • For last minute bookings, please call us directly during staffed hours. A fee of 10% will be added on top of the booking. Payment via bank transfer must be done right away to confirm booking
    • By booking our studio, you agree to our studio’s general Terms and Code of Conduct, as well as the specific Studio Hire Terms & Conditions (written below the online booking form) and the confirmation email.

Studio Hire Terms & Conditions
  • All bookings must be paid for prior to using the studio.
  • You cannot transfer, modify or cancel your booking within 48 hours of the booking.
  • For bookings over 4 hours, contact us directly: [email protected] or 0422 875 555.
  • We have a 24-hour CCTV system in operation for your safety, which is accessible remotely at any time by the studio staff. Please note that your entry and exit time may be monitored, and we appreciate that you start and finish your booking on time.
  • Be sure to consider your setup time and pack-up time within the duration of your booking. Another booking may start or end immediately after or before your booking.
  • Our staffed hours are from 2.00pm to 9.30pm, Mon-Fri. If you require a booking outside these hours (earliest start is 9am, latest finish is 10.30pm) and/or on weekends, we will provide you with access to a key to open up & lock up the premises.
  • As a hirer, you are responsible for leaving the studio the way it was when you entered (clean & tidy). Failure to do so will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $80, depending on how much cleaning is required. If you move any chairs or furniture, please put them back in place before leaving.
  • Please contact us directly if you wish to book our studio for publicly promoted Latin dance classes.
  • We cannot accept bookings for Tap Dancing, Flamenco or Drumming, due to damage caused to the floors and/or the noise affecting other hirers/classes.
  • No booking is allowed after midnight.
  • The hire of the full studio is available for private events and functions. Contact us directly for a quote.
  • Some larger/longer bookings may require a deposit and/or bond at the directors’ discretion. Please enquire.
  • Food or drinks are not allowed inside the studios during rehearsal space hire.

  • Please note that the above rates do not include GST, which will be added to invoices.
